Our unique Multifamily AccelerateHER program equips women with the knowledge, tools and strategies they need to find winning multifamily deals and secure the partners and financing necessary to bring those deals to the finish line. The ultimate goals is to launch women into a whole new world of real estate investing and wealth building!
Women are provided a 101 on multifamily deal sourcing and structure, along with partnership development and deal analysis support. After completing the course, women will receive a certification that enables them to bring deals directly to the PowerHouse community, opening doors for new partners and funding opportunities!
